Air Wisconsin Flight Attendants Picket CAE Base Opening

Flight Attendants Push for a Fair Contract

Columbia, SC — Air Wisconsin Flight Attendants, represented by the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA (AFA), picketed at Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE) today to push for a fair contract. Air Wisconsin opened a Crew base at CAE on Monday as part of a regional air service contract for United Airlines.

“Air Wisconsin Flight Attendants have taken pay freezes, changed bases and more to ensure the stability of the airline. Now it’s time for a new Flight Attendant contract that recognizes our contributions to the success of the airline and our role as aviation’s first responders,” said Ernie Lazernick, AFA Air Wisconsin President.
