Fast Track for the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) trade deal would devastate U.S. Aviation, jeopardize our job security, and obliterate the democratic process. We need to take action before it’s too late.
Corporations Want Even More Control through Fast Track
Former Labor Secretary Robert Reich is speaking out against Fast Track and the TPP. In less than 3 minutes, Reich explains the dangers of the secret trade deal you’ve never heard of. Watch the video and take action >

What You Can Do
- Reinforce our Day of Action on March 4th by calling your member of Congress at 888-966-9836. Tell your representative, “I urge you to vote NO on Fast Track for the TPP.”
- Drop your hand-written letter in the AFA mailbox in your crew room or send it directly to:
Association of Flight Attendants-CWA
501 3rd Street, NW
Washington, DC 20001
Letters will be collected, tallied and then hand-delivered to congressional offices.
- Spread the word. Connect with AFA on facebook.com/afacwa and twitter @afa_cwa – share with your family and friends.
“Haven’t we learned anything from NAFTA? The Trans-Pacific Partnership is NAFTA on steroids. It would allow giant global corporations to override American health, safety, labor, and environmental regulations; ship more American jobs abroad; and push American wages downward. Tell your congressional representatives it’s a bad deal for Americans.”
– Robert Reich
The TPP would give multi-national corporations more power by putting corporate profits over human rights, equal rights, and worker rights. You wouldn’t ratify a contract without seeing the contract language and Congress shouldn’t approve trade deals without reading the details either.
Some things should be fast – trade agreement legislation shouldn’t be one of them. Tell Congress No to Fast Track for the TPP!
