Resolution of the Board to Determine Location of the 2026 AFA BOD Convention
Per Article V.D.1 of the AFA-CWA Constitution and Bylaws (C&B), this resolution is provided to enable the Board of Directors to designate the location of the 2026 AFA BOD Convention.
Per Section IX.M of the AFA C&B, which refers to Section IX.J, the question before you is this:
In which location should the 2026 BOD Convention be conducted?
Location
A – New Orleans Downtown
B – Boston Airport
C – Portland Downtown
D – Las Vegas Strip/Downtown
The meeting's time period is likely to be the last two weeks of April 2026. All hotels are averaging in the range of $259++ per night, with the exception of Portland at $199++ per night.
