AFA EAP is a free, confidential resource for members and our families. It’s a certified program overseen by professionals and made up of trained Peer Representatives from our union. Members helping members — that’s what AFA EAP is all about.
More and more members every year are reaching out to AFA EAP when they need assistance. In 2014, AFA EAP responded to the needs of 14% of AFA members. In 2024, AFA EAP Peer Representatives helped over 20,000 members, nearly 38% of all AFA members. Of the members helped, almost 70% resolved their problem.
Whether you’re dealing with an issue in your personal life or need help with a work-related stress or conflict, AFA EAP Representatives are trained to help. No problem is too small.
