AFA Frontier Advances Position under RLA

AFA Frontier Advances Position under RLA

October 25, 2024 - There are two updates in AFA Frontier’s fight for fairness. AFA Frontier filed for mediation this week for Section 6 bargaining. AFA Frontier’s contract became amendable earlier this year and mediation is an important step to move the process forward.

Separately, AFA sent notice to management this week to set a date by November 12 for negotiating over the impact of management’s new business model. Management implemented an out-and-back business model that practically eliminated crew overnights, making it harder for Frontier Flight Attendants to earn a living and more costly to come to work. If management doesn’t come to the table, our union will proceed with the next steps under the Railway Labor Act. Read the full update to Frontier Flight Attendants.

Join AFA Frontier at the Philadelphia Airport on Friday 11/1 for an informational picket from 9am to 11am. RSVP now.
