Flight Attendant Union Reaches Contract Terms With Frontier Airlines

DENVER (March 19, 2019) - Frontier Airlines Flight Attendants, represented by the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA (AFA), and Frontier Airlines today agreed to terms on a collective bargaining agreement for over 2,200 Flight Attendants. The agreement was reached with oversight of National Mediation Board (NMB).

The parties will finalize language and a tentative agreement is not final until approved by the directly elected leaders of the over 2,200 Flight Attendants. The leaders will meet in special session early next week.
Instead of the planned demonstration tomorrow, Frontier Flight Attendants and flight attendants will celebrate solidarity at 12:30pm at the Hyatt Regency Denver At Colorado Convention Center.
AFA expressed appreciation for the assistance of NMB Mediator Anthony Tosi in working with the parties to reach agreement.
