AFA Will Testify Before the Senate This Week
December 10, 2021 - This Wednesday, December 15 at 2:30 pm eastern, AFA President Sara Nelson will testify before the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee, in a hearing entitled, “Oversight of the U.S. Airline Industry.”
Our union will testify on the success of the Payroll Support Program (PSP)—how it kept us connected to our jobs, paychecks, and healthcare, as the industry faced its largest crisis in 100 years. We will also testify on the issue of disruptive passengers and how this threatens our safety and security.
