This form captures the necessary information to register and also make your hotel reservations for arrival to and departure from the Board of Directors meeting scheduled for May 20-22, 2024. The DEADLINE for hotel reservations is MONDAY, April 8, 2024, however, we will continue collecting reservation data and book hotel rooms until our room block is full. If there are any special requests, please include that information below.

The BOD budget will cover 3 nights of sleeping rooms for MEC Officers, and each LEC President. All other hotel nights will be charged to your Local or MEC.
