End the Delta Disparity Difference: Endeavor AFA Deserve Equitable Treatment
May 10, 2024 — Endeavor AFA launched a petition to Delta CEO Ed Bastian. Endeavor is a Delta wholly-owned regional carrier. Endeavor Flight Attendants wear the same uniforms and perform the same service as Delta Flight Attendants. But Delta management leaves them behind on pay and benefits - all while giving themselves huge bonuses amid record profits.
Delta's corporate greed is shortchanging Endeavor Flight Attendants, making it hard for them to earn a living. We must end tiers in aviation. Sign on to demand equitable treatment for Endeavor Flight Attendants by clicking the link in our bio.
Endeavor Flight Attendants are struggling to make ends meet. Meanwhile, extending the pay increase to Endeavor Flight Attendants would cost just 0.47% of Delta’s 2023 profits. To make matters worse, CEO Ed Bastian received a $20 million bonus last year for all his “hard work” through COVID — this bonus amount would cover the cost of equal pay for ALL Endeavor Flight Attendants. Talk about corporate greed!
Take action to support Endeavor AFA members by signing on to a petition to Delta CEO Ed Bastian. Together, we’ll show Delta that their wholly-owned regional airline deserves the same best-in-class respect it claims to provide mainline Flight Attendants.
