Endeavor AFA Pickets Delta HQ

Endeavor AFA Pickets Delta HQ

October 4, 2024 –Endeavor Flight Attendants picketed outside Delta Air Lines HQ yesterday to demand an end to the Delta Disparity Difference. Endeavor Flight Attendants fly the same passengers and routes as Delta flights, but are paid a fraction as much. Their jobs are critical to Delta’s success but their wages and benefits do not reflect that.

Delta’s two-tiered employment system benefits executives and shareholders by keeping pay and benefits for Endeavor Flight Attendants in poverty levels. It would only cost Delta 0.47% of their 2023 operating profits to equalize Endeavor Flight Attendants’ wages.

The fight to end tiers in aviation is one that unites us all. As long as one Flight Attendant is undervalued, we’re all — mainline, regional, niche, charter — at risk.

Our fight will continue at Endeavor, at Air Wisconsin, at PSA, at Mesa and across the entire industry. In the meantime, sign on to the petition to stop short-changing Endeavor Flight Attendants. And read more about our regional bargaining summit.
