Endeavor Flight Attendants picket in MSP
August 2, 2024 - Endeavor Flight Attendants took to the picket line in MSP to demand an end to the Delta Disparity Difference. Endeavor Flight Attendants flying for the wholly-owned regional provide the same safety and service as mainline for a fraction of the pay. These tiers in aviation are especially egregious at Delta Air Lines – the most profitable airline in the U.S.
The Minn Post interviewed Endeavor AFA Flight Attendant Kaela Berg. She told the Post, “We’re just highlighting that we do the same job, have the same crazy hours, and leave our families and our homes the same amount of times as [mainline] flight attendants do, but for a fraction of the pay.”
