Forever Hawaiian: Final HA Callsign Flight
October 31, 2025 - Hawaiian Airlines flew under its “HA” callsign for the last time this week. Hawaiian Airlines has officially merged with Alaska Airlines under a single operating certificate, marking an important and emotional milestone for our AFA Hawaiian Ohana.

As AFA Hawaiian leaders in LAX said: “While the name may change, the heart behind it does not. We are what made Hawaiian, Hawaiian. Our care, our culture, and our connection to one another will continue to shine, no matter what name is spoken in the skies.” Our union will ensure the 95 year legacy of Hawaiian Airlines is always honored and the Hawaiian call sign will be prominently displayed at our international office with the Spirit of Aloha.
