Frontier Flight Attendants Picket in PHL

November 1, 2024 - Frontier Flight Attendants picketed today at the Philadelphia International Airport to demand management negotiate over the impact of their new business model. Frontier management implemented an out-and-back business model that has effectively eliminated crew overnights. Now it’s harder for Frontier Flight Attendants to earn a living and more costly for them to come to work.

Last week, AFA sent notice to management to respond by November 12 with a date to negotiate the impact of these changes. Frontier Flight Attendants took a strike vote over the impact of these changes and voted 99.6% to authorize a strike in the event this dispute is not settled through negotiations.

Save the date: Join Frontier Flight Attendants for a system-wide Day of Action on December 11.
