November 11, 2022 - We observe this Veterans Day with deep gratitude for those who have served and those who continue to serve, especially our own AFA member veterans and all of their families who support them. We are honored to fly with our veterans. #VeteransDay

AFA is proud to support the Union Veterans Council, AFL-CIO that brings working-class veterans together to speak out on the issues that impact us most, especially the need for good jobs and a strong, fully funded and staffed Veterans Administration. We owe it to our Veterans to ensure their rights to a good job and good healthcare are secure with union contracts and the rights of working people to safe workplaces and an equal voice in our democracy.
Just this past week, the UVC took part in a case to protect the right of those serving in the military to have their ballots counted. A judge rejected a Republican request seeking to segregate and halt the counting of absentee ballots cast by military voters.
To all Veterans, we thank you and your families for your sacrifice and service everyday. Watch this video as a tribute to our veterans.
