HONOLULU (March 14, 2025) — Hawaiian Flight Attendants, represented by the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA, today reached a Tentative Agreement on a Contract Extension through February 2028. 

This Extension includes continued pay increases, retirement improvements, better profit sharing, and a strong foundation to build upon as negotiations for a Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement (JCBA) begin this month. This provides a second bite at the apple for all Hawaiian and Alaska Flight Attendants claiming their share of the benefits of the merged airline. 

“Hawaiian Flight Attendants deserve certainty and guaranteed improvements as we work towards our joint contract,” said Joni Kashiwai, AFA Hawaiian Negotiations Chair. “This extension provides these certain economic improvements while joint contract negotiations begin this month.”

The Contract Extension includes three pay raises, inclusion in the Alaska Air Group profit sharing program, and scheduling improvements. The extension tentative agreement will be sent to Hawaiian Flight Attendants for a vote that closes on April 17, 2025.
