October 11, 2024 —We are proud to announce that our AFA EAP Director Heather Healy was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Employee Assistance Professionals Association in recognition of our outstanding Union program and her visionary work. Heather has led our AFA EAP for over 25 years, training hundreds of AFA EAP reps, helping thousands of Flight Attendants, and assisting other unions in establishing their own union EAP.
