HONOLULU (April 17, 2025) — Today, Hawaiian Flight Attendants voted to ratify a Contract Extension through February 2028. This Extension includes continued pay increases, retirement improvements, better profit sharing, and a strong foundation to build upon as negotiations for a Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement (JCBA) began last month.

WASHINGTON, D.C. (April 9, 2025) — The Association of Flight Attendants-CWA, representing Flight Attendants at 20 airlines including Avelo, released the following statement after Avelo Airlines informed workers that the airline would be operating ICE charters:

WASHINGTON (April 1, 2025) — Norse Atlantic Airways U.S.-based Flight Attendants, represented by the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA, have reached a tentative agreement on their second ever contract with the low-cost trans-Atlantic airline.

CHICAGO (March 19, 2025) — United Flight Attendants, represented by the Association of Flight Attendants, demonstrated at nearly 20 airports worldwide to demand that United Airlines management pay Aviation’s First Responders their fair share.

HONOLULU (March 14, 2025) — Hawaiian Flight Attendants, represented by the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA, today reached a Tentative Agreement on a Contract Extension through February 2028. 

SEATTLE –A coalition of unions today filed a lawsuit against Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and TSA Senior Official Adam Stahl for the unlawful and unilateral termination of a negotiated union contract, which protects approximately 47,000 Transportation Security Officers (TSOs). The plaintiffs include the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE), AFGE TSA Local 1121, the Communications Workers of America (CWA), and the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA (AFA-CWA).
