Hawaiian AFA Flight Attendants Ratify Contract Extension

HONOLULU (April 17, 2025) — Today, Hawaiian Flight Attendants voted to ratify a Contract Extension through February 2028. This Extension includes continued pay increases, retirement improvements, better profit sharing, and a strong foundation to build upon as negotiations for a Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement (JCBA) began last month.

Unions File Lawsuit Against DHS to Stop the Illegal Termination of Transportation Security Officers’ Collective Bargaining Agreement

SEATTLE –A coalition of unions today filed a lawsuit against Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and TSA Senior Official Adam Stahl for the unlawful and unilateral termination of a negotiated union contract, which protects approximately 47,000 Transportation Security Officers (TSOs).
