Norse AFA Flight Attendant Ratify Contract 92%
May 31, 2025 - Norse AFA Flight Attendants voted 92% to ratify their new Contract! The contract includes continued job security, increases in total compensation with the highest per diem in the industry, uniform allowance, increased sick days, scheduling improvements, and more.
“This contract provides Norse Flight Attendants with certainty and guaranteed economic and work rule improvements. The contract provides much-needed quality of life as Norse charts the path forward,” said Norse AFA President Katarzyna Mroczek.
