U.S.-Based Norse Atlantic Airways Flight Attendants Ratify Tentative Agreement
WASHINGTON (May 14, 2025) — Norse Atlantic Airways U.S.-based Flight Attendants, represented by the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA, voted 92% to ratify a contract for over 200 Flight Attendants.
The contract includes continued job security, increases in total compensation with the highest per diem in the industry, uniform allowance, increased sick days, scheduling improvements, and more.
“This contract provides Norse Flight Attendants with certainty and guaranteed economic and work rule improvements. The contract provides much-needed quality of life as Norse charts the path forward,” said Norse AFA President Katarzyna Mroczek.
Norse Atlantic Airways is a Norwegian low-cost, long-haul airline with a Flight Attendant base in JFK. Founded in February 2021, the airline operates a fleet of Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft between Europe and North America, Berlin, London, Oslo and Paris.
