Association of Flight Attendants-CWA

WASHINGTON (April 1, 2025) — Norse Atlantic Airways U.S.-based Flight Attendants, represented by the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA, have reached a tentative agreement on their second ever contract with the low-cost trans-Atlantic airline. 

The Tentative Agreement includes continued job security, increases in total compensation with the highest per diem in the industry, uniform allowance, increased sick days, scheduling improvements, and more.

“While our Flight Attendants continue to deliver critical services for Norse Atlantic, this tentative agreement builds on our historic pre-hire agreement and job security, the highest per diem in the industry, regular wage increases, and more benefits,” said Norse AFA President Katarzyna Mroczek. 

The Tentative Agreement will be sent to Norse Flight Attendants for a vote beginning April 14th.

Norse Atlantic Airways is a Norwegian low-cost, long-haul airline with Flight Attendant bases in JFK and MIA. Founded in February 2021, the airline operates a fleet of Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft between Europe and North America, Berlin, London, Oslo and Paris. Norse Atlantic offers two cabin choices, Economy and Premium, along with fare options that allow passengers to choose travel only or enhancements such as maximum baggage allowance, two meal services, an enhanced airport and onboard experience and increased ticket flexibility.
