AFA’s online survey of Flight Attendants’ experience of passenger PED use is closing Monday, April 7 at noon EDT. With almost 1,000 responses so far, the message is clear: use of portable electronic devices
(PEDs) creates problems in the cabin that must be addressed. Be sure to register your concerns or any problems you perceive with passenger PED use related to cabin safety and passenger compliance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) policies that were modified late last year.
Please take a few minutes to answer the survey questions before Monday, April 7 at noon EDT.
The AFA Air Safety, Health and Security Department will post a summary of the survey responses online. You will be notified via AFA Interactive when the summary has been posted. Thanks for voicing your concerns, and fly safe!
