Save the Date: AFA to Testify Before Congress on Transportation Security
November 12, 2021 – This Tuesday, November 16 at 2:00 pm eastern, AFA President Sara Nelson will testify before the House Committee on Homeland Security's Subcommittee on Transportation and Maritime Security in a hearing entitled, “On the Frontlines in Turbulent Times: Workforce Perspectives on the State of Transportation Security.”
Our union will testify on the current threats to aviation security and Flight Attendants on the frontlines who are confronting the longest sustained turbulent times in the history of our industry.
