Scholarships and Free College for AFA Flight Attendants & Family
January 21, 2021 - Union Plus Scholarships: Since 1992, the Union Plus Scholarship Program has awarded more than $3.5 million to students of working families who want to begin or continue their post-secondary education. Over 2,300 families, including AFA members, have benefited from our commitment to higher education. The Union Plus Scholarship Program is offered through the Union Plus Education Foundation. Union Plus Free College Benefit: Flight Attendants across our union have been taking advantage of this program over the last year while on leave. Flight Attendants (Active, Furlough, Leave) and Retired Members and their families can earn an associate degree completely online – for FREE. The Spring semester starts January 25th.
