Securing Protections: Spirit / Frontier Merger Transition Agreement
May 28, 2022 - Any merger must work for Flight Attendants.
This month, our union reached an agreement with Frontier Holdings for a Merger Transition Agreement with job security, seniority protections, and efficient contract bargaining that allows Flight Attendants to experience the benefits of the merger as soon as possible. The agreement was unanimously approved by the directly elected Flight Attendant AFA-CWA leaders at each respective airline.
