Spirit AFA Contract Protected Through Bankruptcy
March 22, 2025 - Spirit Airlines has effectively exited bankruptcy, with a few administrative steps remaining. Our union successfully protected Spirit AFA’s Contract and rights through the bankruptcy.
The bankruptcy judge issued a ruling a few days ago adopting the proposed plan submitted by Spirit management for moving forward. The plan does not impact our Spirit AFA Collective Bargaining Agreement. We will continue to fight for Spirit Flight Attendant priorities as the airline moves forward.
