November 14, 2025 - We know and love our Starbucks baristas. Starbucks workers are fighting for a fair union contract that guarantees better pay, fair schedules, and respect on the job — the same things we fight for as Flight Attendants.
Baristas have done their part. They’ve joined together with their co-workers, formed a union, and come to the table to bargain in good faith. But management refuses to listen or obey labor laws and come to the table in earnest to reach an agreement. That’s why Starbucks baristas are striking for a fair contract.
Let’s stand in Solidarity and support our union siblings - which demonstrates power to our airline management too. Don’t shop at Starbucks while workers are on strike.
