Stronger Together, Better Together
April 14, 2023 - Our union joined our siblings at American Airlines and APFA earlier this month on the picket line as they fight for a contract. Envoy in Miami, Omni in Dallas, Alaska in Phoenix, United in Chicago and San Francisco, and many more across the country.
AFA President Sara Nelson addressed the 2023 IAM North American Transportation Conference in Las Vegas highlighting our solidarity at United Airlines for new contracts and organizing Flight Attendants and Fleet Service at Delta Air Lines. “Our power is in coming together, being arm and arm, shoulder to shoulder, having each other's backs. We are going to organize 45,000 workers at Delta Air Lines. Delta is making more money than any other airline. If we don’t organize and allow the workers to fight back and take some of that money, we’re never going to set the kind of standards the rest of us demand in our workplaces.
