June 4, 2021 - What happens at Delta matters for all of us. Our industry has the highest union density in the country, and that strength is how we were able to secure the PSP and win major victories over the years.
But as long as tens of thousands of our flying partners at Delta lack a voice at work and representation, management ca undercut our careers because protections are not in black and white. The only way to push our careers forward is through strength in numbers and continuing to set the highest standards at ever airline.
Delta Flight Attendants are back in crew rooms this week talking to their flying partners about joining our Flight Attendant Union.
Last month, the AFA Board of Directors voted unanimously to support the Delta Flight Attendants’ campaign. We need your help to bring this across the finish line.
