American Eagle Flight Attendant Applaud Pilots On Tentative Agreement That Secures Future For Regional Carrier
Washington, DC – American Eagle Flight Attendants, represented by the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA (AFA), today commended their Pilot counterparts, represented by the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA), on the announcement of a tentative agreement in principle with management. The agreement, subject to ratification by the Pilot membership, helps ensure future flying for AMR Corporation’s wholly owned subsidiary which carries nearly 20 million passengers a year for American Airlines.
AFA Blasts AMR Outsourcing Regional Flying, Defends Work of American Eagle Flight Attendants
Washington, DC, January 25, 2013 – Flight Attendants at American Eagle, represented by the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA (AFA), responded to the recent announcement that AMR Corporation will begin outsourcing American Airlines regional flying to a non AMR-owned carrier.
