Take Action: Help Aussie Flight Attendants Fight Fatigue
May 31, 2024—Today, we joined our partners, the Flight Attendants Association of Australia (FAAA), as they launched the “Fatigue Doesn’t Fly” campaign. They are urging their governing body, the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA), to introduce mandatory flight time and rest regulations for cabin crew.
We know this fight well.
It took decades of action, marching, rallies, hours of congressional testimony, and more from Flight Attendants here in the U.S. to finally get our 10 hours minimum, non-reducible rest fully implemented on October 4, 2022.
As aviation's first responders and last line of defense, it is critical that we are well-rested and ready to perform our duties. Help raise the standards for Flight Attendants worldwide!
Sign the petition and demand rest and fatigue regulations for cabin crew.
