United Express GoJet Flight Attendants Ratify New Contract
WASHINGTON (August 14, 2025) — GoJet Airlines Flight Attendants, represented by the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA (AFA), have ratified a contract today with wage increases and additional improvements throughout the duration of the contract, including a trigger for boarding pay and a pathway to shorter on-call reserve periods.
The new agreement now effective for the for over 150 GoJet Flight Attendants provides double digit pay increases, increased per diem, minimum pay protections, greater schedule flexibility and a trigger for the first contractual boarding pay at a regional.
“While GoJet Flight Attendants continue to work flights branded as United Airlines, we deserve to solidify significant pay increases, boarding pay, and benefits that our mainline counterparts across the industry are seeing,” said Melissa Higgins, AFA GoJet President. “This new tentative agreement ensures aviation’s first responders at GoJet are receiving the benefits we deserve and lifting up standards for regional Flight Attendants.”

The contract was ratified with 90% voting for the agreement with 70% participating.
Headquartered in Bridgeton, Missouri, GoJet Airlines operates 53 CRJ-550 aircraft exclusively for United Airlines with Flight Attendant bases in Newark, Chicago, Washington, D.C., and St. Louis.
