March 22, 2025 - United AFA Flight Attendants held a worldwide Day of Action earlier this week, with thousands of Flight Attendants showing out to fight for the Contract we've earned. Flight Attendants and allies picketed at nearly 20 airports with a clear message: it’s time for United management to pay Aviation’s First Responders our fair share.

United raked in a record $3.1 billion in profits in 2024 alone, showering executives with multi-million dollar bonuses while pushing concessions for workers who make air travel possible. It’s unacceptable. And while negotiations are progressing, there is no time to waste to reach a full agreement on the Contract United Flight Attendants have earned.
"United’s goal is to become the premier U.S. airline,” said Ken Diaz, United AFA President. “If CEO Scott Kirby wants to run the #1 airline, Flight Attendants must be #1 in compensation, benefits, and workrules. It’s time to get this contract done. We will continue to fight until we secure the contract we deserve.”
