What to Do During a Toxic Fume Event
September 20, 2019 — Every day, just in the U.S. alone, there is an official report of toxic oil fumes contaminating the air we breathe on regular commercial flights. Crews who breathe these fumes can develop chronic neurological problems, such as impaired speech and memory. Flight safety can be compromised when crews are impaired inflight.
