Your Vote is Your Voice, Make Sure It’s Heard
November 1, 2024 - Election Day is this Tuesday. The presidential election, and positions up and down the ballot, will have a major impact on our jobs and our lives. We have to make it clear that Flight Attendants VOTE.
Over the last few weeks, we’ve talked about the impact this election will have on our jobs, our right to strike, our fundamental freedoms, and the fight for equality, among other issues. We encourage you to read up on the differences between these two candidates and vote like our jobs depend on it – because they do.
The Biden-Harris administration is the most pro-labor administration of our lifetimes. Meanwhile, Trump has bragged about firing striking workers and wants to end overtime pay. His running mate crossed our CWA siblings’ picket line at the Pittsburgh Post Gazette.
We need people in Congress — Independents, Democrats, and Republicans — who support and respect us. View a full list of our endorsed candidates here.
Whatever you decide, make sure you vote. Who you vote for is your business. No matter the outcome, we advocate for our careers more effectively when elected officials know that Flight Attendants vote. So make sure you vote!
