Flight Attendant Union Reaches Tentative Agreement With Envoy Air

DALLAS (April 1, 2021) — Envoy Air Flight Attendants, represented by the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA (AFA), and Envoy management today reached a tentative agreement for a new contract. The agreement provides pay increases, improved working conditions and maintained benefits upon ratification for nearly 1,700 Flight Attendants.

“Flight Attendants have been essential frontline workers throughout the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Robert Barrow, AFA Envoy President. “As capacity and demand shifted throughout the last year with government relief requiring continued service to all communities, Flight Attendants at regional airlines took on more flying. This tentative agreement recognizes the contribution of Envoy Flight Attendants as the industry turns to recovery.”

Further details of the five-year agreement will not be made public until they are released to the Envoy Flight Attendants. The tentative agreement will go to a full membership vote.

Envoy Air is a wholly owned regional airline of American Airlines Group. Headquartered in Irving, Texas, Envoy has Flight Attendant bases in Dallas, Chicago and Miami operating 1,000 daily flights to over 150 destinations.
