Flight Attendant Union President Sara Nelson to Testify in the House on Boeing 737 Max

WASHINGTON – On Wednesday, June 19th, The House Committee on Transportation & Infrastructure Subcommittee on Aviation will hold a hearing on the “Status of the Boeing 737 MAX: Stakeholder Perspectives."

Sara Nelson, the international president of the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA, AFL-CIO (AFA), will testify at the hearing. She will provide unique perspective from aviation’s first responders, as major stakeholders in aviation safety and security.

The full witness list includes Captain Chesley “Sully” Sullenberger, Sara Nelson of AFA, Sharon Pinkerton of Airlines for America, and former FAA Administrator Randy Babbitt.
