October 11, 2019 - This week, the U.S. Supreme Court heard three cases that will decide if LGBTQ working people are protected from discrimination by the Civil Rights Act of 1964's prohibition on sex discrimination.

In November last year, the AFA-CWA Executive Board reaffirmed our commitment to promote economic and social justice for all workers through education and action...regardless of gender identity and gender expression.
"Transgender people are our beloved members, family members and friends, and our valued flying partners. What harms transgender people harms us," the resolution reads.
