January 3, 2024 — Flight Attendants across the industry are fighting to raise the standards for our career. More than two-thirds of the U.S. Flight Attendants are in contract negotiations right now, including red-hot contract fights at Alaska, Air Wisconsin, United, Omni, American, Southwest, Frontier, PSA, Mesa and more. Frontier Flight Attendants are fighting a doomed business plan that will hurt operations and shift major costs to Flight Attendants.

January is National Slavery & Human Trafficking Prevention Month

January 1, 2024 - January is National Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention Month. We can take a stand against human trafficking by recommitting ourselves to end it on our planes. As Flight Attendants and aviation's first responders, we are uniquely positioned to identify human traffickers and assist their victims.

Air Wisconsin AFA Moves to a Strike Vote

December 23, 2023 - After a year and-a-half of negotiations, management is refusing to offer fair wages. Their latest offer was an insult to aviation’s first responders. Air Wisconsin management is not listening and refuses to get serious at the table. Air Wisconsin Flight Attendants are done waiting. Flight Attendants will vote in a strike authorization vote to tell management that we’re prepared to strike if we don’t get what we need.
