Spirit Airlines and Association of Flight Attendants Sign Tentative Agreement

MIRAMAR, Fla., December 13, 2013 – Spirit Airlines (NASDAQ: SAVE) and its flight attendants, represented by the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA (AFA), announced today that they reached a tentative agreement for a five-year contract.  The tentative agreement, which is subject to ratification by the flight attendant membership, planned for first quarter 2014, was unanimously supported by the union’s leadership. The agreement was reached with the assistance of the National Mediation Board.
